Welcome to Thunder Creed Designs! By accessing our website at www.thundercreed.com or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom and personalized products are handmade based on the information and preferences provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring names, spelling, sizes, colors, dates, and personalization details are correct before submitting an order.

2. Payments

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

3. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once production has started, custom orders cannot be changed or canceled. Requests made before production begins will be reviewed individually.

4. Returns & Refunds

Custom and personalized products are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or customer ordering errors.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

Our Return and Refund Policy provides additional details. Nothing in these terms limits rights provided by applicable law.

5. Processing & Shipping

All handmade items require processing time before shipment. Processing times vary depending on the product, design complexity, and order volume.

Shipping charges and available delivery methods are displayed at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

6. Local Pickup & Meet Up

Free local pickup or meet-up may be available for eligible orders in designated Oklahoma areas.

Pickup arrangements must be confirmed before meeting. Customers will receive instructions when their orders are ready.

7. Product Appearance

Because our products are handmade, slight variations in colors, placement, and design details may occur. Screen settings may also affect how colors appear.

8. Intellectual Property

Original website content, product photography, and original designs created by Thunder Creed Designs may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission, except where otherwise authorized by law.

Third-party trademarks, logos, and characters remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Customer Conduct

Customers agree to provide accurate information and use our website for lawful purposes. We reserve the right to decline orders where permitted by law, including orders involving fraudulent activity or abusive conduct.
